Sr. B. Mourin Suba, Campus Superior of St. Joseph Mat. Hr. Sec. School, & Joseph Vidhya Kshetra Senior Sec. School (CBSE), Poonamallee is a highly spiritual, proficient in leading the school team. She has dedicated her life in 2001 to the Daughters of Mary Immaculate and a collaboration society as catholic nun.
She served educating the rural children, migrants and orphan children at Thirusoolam and St. Thomas Mount Block.
She was also working as woman organizer from 2003 to 2012 with Tamil nadu Woman Development Corporation and encouraged women to empower in their rights and helped women to educate after their marriage and created opportunity for lively good programme. Very specially, she has promoted many women as entrepreneurs and empowered women economically. Organised many evening tuition Centres and linked rural and under privileged children to main stream education.
From 2012 onwards, she was sent out as a missionary to work among war victims and internally displaced woman and children.
In South Sudan during the war, she organised IDP camp and conducted School education to the war victims and IDPs. Worked for Peace & Harmony, specially worked as a counselor in four countries and helped them to come away from emotional Trauma.
In 2015 she entered School education of Tamil nadu as a Montessori trained teacher and was promoted to the Bachelor of Education. She has Seven years of experience as a teacher and Management representative in the school. She creates positive learning environment to the student and identify the individual potency and encourage them to perform better and become responsible citizen of the country.
She establishes rapport with the stakeholders. She is a keen listener and accepts any type of suggestions for the betterment of the institution.
