Guru Smt. Gowrilakshmi Nagarajan is the teacher and choreographer of NVSD. As the founder and director of the NVSD, she has cultivated the love of Bharatanatyam amongst her students and audiences for nearly 15 years. Through NVSD, she attempts to bring to life her vision of unifying an artist's skill and devotion to achieve an integrated development of the individual, the community.
