Dr.Smt.Vijayalakshmi Sridhar designed a self-defence workshop with some martial art techniques, which will be more helpful to girls when they need to escape from harassment.

And trained more than 5000 girls and ladies of many schools, teacher training colleges and government school girls at free of cost. to spread this awareness of self-defence education. she written a script and directed a short film in the name of AGNI DEVATHAI. My husband Mr.Sridhar produced it for a good cause.

This film was first screened on 2017 at Rotary international women’s day celebration in Chennai.

Dr.Smt.Vijayalakshmi have delivered motivational speech in many schools and colleges about the importance of self-defence education.
